Making time for you as an individual is so important these days. You may have many stresses that may hamper other things in life. Different people have different ways to manage their stress. Some may prefer eating Chinese food in Hobart or want to play games. All ways are fine as long as they make you feel better (relaxed), are done in moderation, don’t cross the line.


Read a book

 

Reading books have many benefits, but it does another job too- getting you to sleep. Reading books require focus and attention.
